Who We Are
Our work at Value-unlocked is primarily focussed in the domains of strategy consulting, leadership development and mentoring scale-ups & start-ups. Our single-minded focus while taking engagements is to deliver significantly higher value, compared with the fees we charge. Consequently, a lot of our strategy work is focussed on execution and implementation, where we leverage the client’s team and resources to a large extent, which helps drive ownership, build capabilities within the organisation and keep costs low. Even in our work on leadership development, we prefer to use live projects and business challenges, to build the desired competencies, capabilities and capacities, thus delivering significant returns on time and cost invested. For scale-up and start-ups as well, we have a win-win success based model which links are fees to growth and business results.
Value-Unlocked was started by Sandeep Jain in 2016 as a freelancer with the motivation to pivot and re-invent himself towards a career where he could sight the value that he added to his customers in a more tangible way by drawing from his 25 years of experience in finance and business leadership roles across the Asia Pacific. In 2020, the company has taken a more organisational shape as a private limited entity and a host of partner consultants.
