Sandeep is a finance professional by qualification with diverse experience in finance and business leadership roles in multiple geographies across the Asia Pacific, in industry segments such as FMCG, Media, Pharmaceuticals and Lifestyle products. Sandeep spent almost 10 years outside India with a European FMCG company - 2 CEO stints over 6 years (Sri Lanka and Indonesia) and 4 years as Regional Finance Director (Asia Pacific) based in Singapore and on his return to India, set up this consultancy outfit, Value-Unlocked.
During his corporate career, Sandeep has worked with Perfetti Van Melle, HT Media (Hindustan Times), Gillette and Ranbaxy. In terms of qualifications, Sandeep is a chartered accountant and a certified internal auditor, which has been supplemented with various executive management programs. On the coaching side, Sandeep is a Marshall Goldsmith certified Coach, ACC credentialed ICF member, Peter Hawkin’s certified Systemic Team Coach, qualified NLP practitioner and a certified HOGAN assessor. Sandeep sees himself as a life-long learner and has over the past years upskilled to build competencies in digital marketing, business analytics, innovation and design thinking, which he draws on extensively across his assignments.

25+ years of experience in FMCG sales and sales strategy development cultivating new geographies, categories, structures and channels across segments such as food, confectionery, cosmetics, edible oils and tobacco. Besides go-to-market strategies, Pradeep also has extensive experience in sales process innovation, sales development, sales training and enhancing the use of IT in sales.
